GeoVis (Geovis Technology Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2006, is headquartered in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market on 8 July 2020 under ticker 688568. Built around its GEOVIS digital-earth platform, it provides government and enterprise customers with geospatial data, cloud computing and big-data analytics, and dedicated equipment and systems; in 2025 its revenue mix included about RMB 1.883 billion from GEOVIS remote-sensing imagery products, RMB 134 million from remote-sensing data products and RMB 659 million from dedicated equipment and systems. In recent years it has shifted resources toward commercial space and the low-altitude economy, with products including the Tianjian rocket avionics, Tianxing satellite avionics, constellation operations and the Linghang and Zhihang low-altitude flight-service solutions; its controlled subsidiary GeoVis Control (Beijing Stock Exchange 920116) provides commercial TT&C. In November 2025 it won a contract of about RMB 295 million for Hanzhong's low-altitude-economy digital infrastructure project, following low-altitude project wins in nearly twenty cities. Financially, 2025 revenue was RMB 2.676 billion, down 17.84% year on year, with net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 31.09 million, down 91.16%, and a non-recurring net loss of RMB 142 million; in the first half of 2026 revenue was RMB 514 million, down 61.85%, with a net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB 319 million, which the company attributed to a deliberate contraction of its traditional geospatial business while new businesses have yet to reach scale.
