Commercial satellite and rocket TT&C services; ground-station network; space communications equipment

Emposat (Beijing Emposat Technology) was founded in October 2016 and is headquartered in Beijing, with branches in Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Zhongwei, Qitaihe and Hebi. It develops commercial telemetry, tracking and control (TT&C) technology, manufactures space communications equipment and provides in-orbit spacecraft management services, covering launch-vehicle tracking, satellite flight control, payload data reception and in-orbit management; products include multifunction basebands, onboard transceivers, transponders, TT&C software and integrated TT&C/data-downlink ground stations and portable stations. It operates a commercial ground-station network across China with overseas reach: more than 60 ground stations as of June 2026 and paid services delivered to 684 satellites and rockets cumulatively. In 2025 it performed 10 launch-tracking missions and 47 satellite flight-control missions, added 246 paid satellites/rockets, and reported 92.8% coverage of the paid commercial satellite TT&C market. On the capital side, it closed a RMB 430 million C+ round in August 2025 and a D round of nearly RMB 600 million in December 2025, and in June 2026 announced D, D+ and D++ rounds totalling nearly RMB 2 billion with investors including Sequoia China, Qianhai FoF, China Unicom's strategic fund, Zijin Mining, SAIC Motor and Wuliangye, at a valuation above RMB 10 billion. On 5 June 2026 it filed for IPO tutoring with the Beijing securities regulator with Guotai Haitong as tutor. Founder Zhao Lei is the controlling shareholder.

    Emposat files for IPO tutoring with Guotai Haitong as tutor

    Beijing Emposat Technology Co., Ltd. filed its tutoring report with the Beijing securities regulator, starting an A-share IPO; the company has raised 10 rounds since its 2017 angel round.
