Shaanxi Xingyi Space Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 2 May 2018, registered at 8 Datang Wu Road, New District, Tongchuan, Shaanxi, with Hou She as legal representative and Wang Zheng as general manager; it runs an R&D centre in Xi'an and a Beijing branch. The company provides spacecraft telemetry, tracking and control (TT&C) services, space-operations and orbit-control software, and integrated TT&C network solutions, operating its own commercial ground-station network and the Xingyi Cloud TT&C platform. Its network is anchored by a 216-mu command and control centre in Tongchuan, with domestic stations at Kashgar in Xinjiang, Hegang in Heilongjiang and Lijiang in Yunnan forming a "big triangle plus central hub" layout, plus overseas sites in Southeast Asia and elsewhere. On funding, it closed a Pre-A round of nearly RMB 300 million in December 2025 led by Shenzhen Capital Group, and an August 2026 report said it had closed an A round of several hundred million yuan; the same report said the company had earlier brought in strategic investors, completed a state-capital exit and put its technical team in control, that 2025 revenue exceeded RMB 100 million, and that it targets break-even in 2026 and an IPO within three years.
