Beijing MinoSpace Technology was founded in August 2017 and is headquartered in Haidian District, Beijing. It develops, manufactures and sells commercial satellites from 10 to 500 kg — optical and microwave remote sensing, communications, navigation augmentation and science satellites; founder Gao Enyu is the controlling shareholder. Its smart satellite production line in Wuxi is planned for more than 150 satellites of the 500 kg class per year. As of 11 May 2026 the company had launched 32 satellites cumulatively; Taijing-3 05A/05B reached orbit on Kinetica-1 Y13 on 15 May 2026, and six Dongpo-series satellites (four SAR, two optical) launched on Gravity-1 Y4 on 22 July 2026. Its self-operated Taijing constellation, approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, is planned at 112 satellites. Revenue was RMB 51 million, 40 million and 385 million in 2023, 2024 and 2025 with net losses of RMB 600 million, 312 million and 181 million; gross margin turned positive at 11.87% in 2025, and the order book exceeds RMB 1 billion. In December 2025 the company closed a D round led by the Beijing Commercial Space and Low-Altitude Economy Fund, and a pre-IPO share transfer in January 2026 implied a valuation of RMB 10.149 billion. On 11 May 2026 the Shanghai Stock Exchange accepted its STAR Market IPO application seeking RMB 5 billion with Guotai Haitong as sponsor, about eight months after tutoring began.

    Shanghai Stock Exchange accepts MinoSpace's STAR Market IPO seeking RMB 5 billion

    The exchange accepted the application to issue up to 24.7583 million shares to raise RMB 5 billion for Taijing constellation phase one, a headquarters and R&D centre, satellite-platform units, communications-satellite units and SAR payloads; 2025 revenue was RMB 385 million with a net loss of RMB 181 million.
